    We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant support  for a 12 months temporary mission, based in our European Headquarters in Basel


    • Support Senior Assistant
         - to cover the EHQ reception and welcome and announce all  

           visitors, clients and other guests (intern/extern), supporting with

           logistics (taxi services, printing, hotel inquiries), badges,


         - to manage internal facilities, light procurements and other    

           activities in office

         - to administrate and assist EMEA directors in our EHQ in Basel

    • Handle incoming calls, mail and emails and administrate messages
    • Provide general administrative assistance for executive staff according to direction, including taking the minutes of corporate meetings upon request
    • Administrate legal documents and required authorized signatures
    • Light travel arrangements
    • Enter Purchase Requests in the system
    • Organize meetings and caterings as required


    • Commercial education or equivalent
    • + 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar function
    • English, German / Swiss-German, French
    • MS Office pack and any other software application or ERP system are an asset
    • Independent, proactive, dynamic, organized and methodical
    • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
