    Bio-Rad in Marnes-la-Coquette (92)/France is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager.


    • The Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager is responsible for developing, executing and optimizing plans for products/solutions and initiatives which optimize a promotional mix across advertising, publicity, tradeshows, sales tools, webinars, collateral, direct marketing, and electronic marketing to deliver campaign results across multiple geographies.
    • This position involves managing with a team of MarCom and tradeshow specialists to help prioritize/direct projects within the assigned product lines, optimize marketing strategies, develop and implement promotional plans, and measure the effectiveness of implemented programs.
    • The MarCom Manager will provide communications expertise, participate in the Marketing Communications annual planning process, and will be responsible for closely managing project budgets, timelines, and ROI in alignment with strategic goals and priorities. The MarCom Manager will also partner with cross-functional services and teams (social media, digital marketing, website, regulatory departments, other regional MarCom departments and third-party agencies) to plan and create customer-facing content at vertical and product levels from traditional to digital deliverables.


    • You have a A-level +5 in Marketing Communications, Marketing or Advertising in a Corporate or Agency Setting
    • You have a 8 to 10 years work experience in the field of Marketing Communications, Marketing or Advertising in a Corporate or Agency Sitting. Proven track record managing MarCom department, creative staff and tradeshow
    • You have knowledge of Office automation tools and computer aided design tools (Adobe Creative Suite,...)
    • You have expert knowledge of all aspects of Marketing Communications
    • You have strong knowledges of marketing strategies and best practices, of web design and eMarketing strategies and best practices, with trade show space purchase, organization and execution, of design and production processes and of trade journal ad placement and editorial negotation techniques
    • Relationship skills, capacity for innovation, creativity, artistic skills, capacity for analysis and synthesis, diplomacy, sens of organization and availability are key for this job
    • You are fluence in French and English
