    Position Summary:  What is the mission of the organization and why the position exists? What is the primary purpose of this role?

    Implements pricing strategy and process for annual setting, review and monitoring of list prices of the entire EMEA portfolio of products and services for direct and / or indirect sales territories.

    Maintain EMEA reference price lists for direct sales and / or channel partners


    10 %

    Manage distribution / publication of Price list for direct and / or indirect markets



    Supports RFP/tendering process with complex pricing models ensuring we deliver customer value whist delivering GM and DC to the business


    Act as reference for customer care for validation of list prices and discounts



    Supports the monthly reviews of pricing objectives, issues, performance and generate action plans


    Monitor Average Net Selling Prices



    Manages pricing analysis for the business unit and delivering reporting to key stakeholders



    Establish Database and solutions for operational management of prices by Marketing, Sales and customer care



    Develops and implements profitability tools for our different pricing models (reagent rental, price per reportable test, leasing, bridging strategies…)

    Financial modeling, analytical mind

    Knowledge of the use of market research for pricing

    Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute projects

    Ability to communicate complex ideas and use networks to acquire relevant information

    Highly proficient in use of MS Office (Access, Excel)

    Experience of using tools to analyze and set prices

    Process driven with focus on driving results

    Ability to engage and influence others

    Proven professional pricing related experience required

    Strong analytical and data management skills and experience in statistical techniques

    Education: List minimum education required to be considered for the position and preferred education or specific majors.

    Degree in finance, business, marketing, economics



    Experience: List minimum years and types of experience required to be considered for the position.

    3-5 year experience in price management

    Healthcare industry experience preferred
