    Bio-Rad in Cressier/Switzerland is looking for a:

    National Sales Manager for our Life Science Group (100%)

    Responsabilités

    • Develop and execute a territory business plan to sell and promote the Bio-Rad product line to meet the sales goals for the assigned region; manage and develop the national team’s activities.
    • Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of selling skills, sales forecasting and budget tracking; monitor and evaluate competitive activities, pricing and other sales and marketing information of the region.
    • Elaborate sales strategies on the basis of a thorough customer needs analysis; identify strategic business opportunities and plan and realize related promotional and suitable sales activities; close communication with the sales force and devolve related tasks.
    • Recognize and demonstrate Bio-Rad's complete commitment to customer satisfaction by providing prompt resolutions of customer problems or concerns; understand and uphold the Bio-Rad quality policy.
    • Supervise negotiations and the analysis of specific customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
    • Coordinate the Field Sales Specialist activities within the region in conjunction with the planning of the Account - and Key Account Manager activities.
    • Guarantee adequate training and motivation of the entire team, evaluate performance and identify potential improvements; provide adequate incentives, manage sales commission and bonus programs.
    • Work closely with the Central European Management Team and cooperate with the European Marketing Organisation
    • Build a network in the Life Science Market

    Compétences

    • Life Science educational background (MSc, higher education equivalence)
    • 5+ years of sales experience in the Life Science market
    • 3+ years of leadership experience
    • Sales and negotiation acumen
    • Strong background in SFDC and revenue analysis tools
    • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Willing to travel
    • Fluent in both German and French and very good English knowledge
